Our Delivery Services

Economy Delivery: 5-10 working days

Priority Delivery: 2-3 working days (for deliveries outside of the UK please allow longer for your delivery to arrive).

Please note that bulk items (goods over 1kg in weight) and non bulk items (goods 1kg or below in weight) are dispatched from separate warehouses and will therefore be delivered separately.

  • For non-bulk items, we endeavour to dispatch goods on the same day as receipt of your order (when placed before 2pm). During evenings or weekends, please allow 1-2 days for your order to be dispatched.
  • For bulk items, we aim to dispatch goods within 2 workings days. Please leave 2-3 working days for your order to arrive after dispatch. (For larger orders containing 15 items or more, please allow an additional 1-2 working days).

Please bear the above in mind when selecting your delivery service in the checkout.

To enable us to offer you the best price for delivery, the courier we use may vary depending on your order contents and delivery destination. Unfortunately, not all delivery options are available in all delivery locations outside of the UK.

Free Delivery

We offer free delivery to the UK mainland (qualifying postcodes only*) on all orders above £20. All orders placed with free delivery will be sent on our economy delivery service.

*UK Mainland postcodes as classified by our delivery partners. Eligible postcodes will be shown free shipping in the checkout.

Carbon Neutral Deliveries

Did you know that many of our orders are shipped with DPD who are Carbon Neutral. If your order is delivered with DPD, your parcel will produce ZERO CO2 at no COST to you.

Tracking Your Delivery

If you opt for a tracked delivery option in the checkout, you are able to track your order. Simply click on the link in your order dispatch confirmation email. To receive tracking updates by SMS, please ensure you have provided your mobile number in the checkout. Unfortunately, mobile SMS updates are not available with all courier services.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

Our delivery partners have procedures in place to handle any deliveries that cannot be made. If the parcel containing your order cannot be delivered a calling card will be left - please follow the instructions on this calling card to collect or reschedule delivery of your order. The time a courier will hold your parcel before returning it to us varies depending on the provider.

If your parcel is returned to JustIngredients we will hold it here for 14 days. We'll do our best to get in contact with you however, if no contact is made after 14 days regarding re-delivery of the order, all goods will be unpacked, returned to stock and your order will be refunded.

We're doing our best to ensure we can deliver to as many places as possible, however there are some countries which we are not yet able to get to.

Understanding the VAT on your delivery

For customers based in the UK

Some of our products are subject to VAT at the standard rate of 20%. The total VAT applicable to your order will be displayed in the checkout and on your order invoice.

The VAT charged on your delivery fee follows the liability of the goods. If VAT exempt products make up 50% of the total value of your order, you’ll only pay for VAT on 50% of your delivery fee (at the standard rate of 20%).
