1 Step Healthy Hummus

Follow these three simple steps for a quick and delicious healthy hummus recipe...



80ml Chickpea liquid
75g Tahini
60ml Olive oil
2 Lemons juice
2 Garlic cloves
1 teaspoon Cumin
1/2 teaspoon Salt

Tip all the hummus ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth and creamy, add more liquid if necessary and serve in bowl with a drizzle of oil, lightly dust with paprika and top with parsley.
