BBQ Smores

So you've nailed the savoury dishes for your summer barbecue but what about dessert?! Try this classic smore recipe when your BBQ heat dies down...

Ingredients

10 Rich tea biscuits
Milk chocolate bar
5 Marshmallows

Instructions

Place a biscuit on to a piece of tin foil, add a piece of chocolate, one marshmallow and top with a biscuit. Wrap in the tin foil and repeat until you have 5 smores.

Place on to a hot bbq and warm through (around 2 minutes on each side).

Carefully remove from the tin foil and serve!
