How stunning is this smoothie bowl?!


1 Frozen banana
1 Apple cored, peeled and chopped
Ice cubes
60ml Coconut milk
1 teaspoon Spirulina
30g Yogurt
1 Dragon fruit


Place the banana, apple, ice, milk and spirulina powder into a blender and blend until smooth.

Add the yogurt and pulse. Pour into a bowl, use a melon baller to scoop dragon fruit flesh into balls and place on top of the smoothie. Sprinkle with chia seeds and blueberries.
