Beer Batter Yorkshire Puddings 🍺

Yorkshire Puddings but with beer... YUM!

Ingredients

75g Self raising flour
2 Eggs
150ml Beer
4 teaspoon Oil

Instructions

Place all of the ingredients into a bowl (apart from the oil) and mix thoroughly. Leave for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200C, add the oil to a cupcake baking tray, place in the oven for 10 minutes and mix the batter one last time.

Carefully remove the oiled tray from the oven, spoon in the batter equally and return to the oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown and risen.
