Blackberry Smoothie

Blackberry season calls for a purple smoothie packed with nutrients! Have no fear, you can always use frozen berries so you can enjoy this mouth-watering recipe all year round...

Ingredients

170g Blackberries
1 Frozen banana
120ml Plain yoghurt
1/2 teaspoon Ground ginger
1 1/2 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Banana powder

Instructions

Pop the blackberries, banana, yoghurt, hemp seeds, ground ginger, lemon juice and banana powder into a blender and blend until smooth.

Serve with fresh berries on top and enjoy!
