Instructions
Pop the butterfly pea flowers into a large measuring cup with the sugar, and pour in 300mls of hot water.
Steep for 20 minutes and then add in 200mls of room temp water. Mix and then then remove the flowers. At this stage add the lime juice.
Stir in the lime juice, store in the fridge or serve over crushed ice with a lemon wedge!
