Candy Cane Bark

The perfect homemade gift for kids to gift teachers, friends and family!

Ingredients

225g Dark chocolate
225g White chocoalte
55g Crushed candy canes

Instructions

Line a baking tray with baking paper. Pop the dark chocolate in a bowl placed over a pot of simmering water, or in a microwave to melt.

Pour over the prepared baking tray and spread out using a spatula. Leave to set while you repeat this process with white chocolate.

Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top and place in the fridge for 15 minutes.

Once set, break the bark into pieces and store in an airtight container.
