Carrot Ginger & Turmeric Smoothie

An anti-inflammatory, immune-boosting smoothie that’s perfect for breakfast!


400g Carrots
350ml Water
1 Frozen banana
128g Pineapple
1 teaspoon Ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon Ground turmeric
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
240ml Coconut milk


Add the carrots and water to a high speed blender and blend on high until completely pureed and smooth. Add more water if it has trouble blending and don't forget to scrape down the sides of the blender!

To the blender add smoothie ingredients and blend on high until creamy and smooth. Add more carrot juice or almond milk if it has trouble blending. Scrape down sides as needed.

Taste and adjust flavours as needed, adding more banana or pineapple for sweetness, lemon for acidity, ginger for bite, and turmeric for warmth.
