350ml Water
2 Lemons
2 teaspoons Coconut sugar
1 teaspoon Chia seeds


Pour the water into a glass, add the juice of one lemon and stir in the sugar.

Stir in the chia seeds, leave to sit for 10 minutes and serve with ice and lemon wedges.
