Whip up this easy version of the traditional Spanish dish Paella!
Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the chopped onion and cook until soft (around 5 minutes).
Add the cajun spice blend and rice, stir for one minutes then tip in the chopped tomatoes and vegetable stock.
Season with salt and pepper, cook for 15 minutes, stirring now and again until the rice is tender.
Stir in the prawns and sausage, simmer until cooked through and serve!
Use a 400g defrosted frozen seafood mix to save even more money! You can add extras such as chorizo and peas.
