Eat Your Greens Puree

Budget-friendly healthy baby food!


40g Onion chopped
15g Butter
250g Potatoes peeled and diced
375ml Vegetable stock
50g Broccoli
50g Peas
A handful of Spinach


Saute the onion in the butter until soft (around 5 minutes) add the potato and vegetable stock, cover and bring to the boil and cook for 10 minutes.

Add the broccoli for 3 minutes, tip in the peas for a further 3 minutes and leave to cool.

Mash the ingredients into a puree or use a blender.
