Add the chopped avocado to a blender with some lemon juice and a small amount of spinach. Once pureed, spoon into an ice cube tray.
Add the carrot and florets to a steamer or boil until tender, pop into a blender and blend until pureed, spoon into an ice cube tray.
Add the apple and pear to a blender, combine until pureed and spoon into an ice cube tray.
Freeze the ice cube tray, pop out the cubes, store in a labelled freezer bags for up to 3 months.
Defrost before feeding!
Thin any purees with water.
