Iced Mince Pie Flapjacks ⭐

These vegan mince pie flapjacks make the perfect gift for your plant-based pals!

Ingredients

400g Oats
130g Vegan butter
130g Mince pie filling
6 tablespoons Golden syrup
Icing sugar

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 170C. Line a flapjack tray or baking tin, grease it and put some greaseproof paper on top. Melt the vegan butter in a pan, alongside the golden syrup and the mincemeat. Do this on a low heat until all of the butter is melted and all is combined. Stir through the oats until all is fully coated.

Cut star shapes out of the mixture and place on a lined baking tray. Place in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool fully before topping with icing sugar!
