Matcha Chia Pudding πŸ’š

A nourishing make-ahead breakfast or snack!

Ingredients

240ml Coconut milk
128g Greek yoghurt or Vegan Yoghurt
2 tablespoons Maple syrup
2 teaspoons Matcha powder

Instructions

In a bowl combine the coconut milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup and matcha powder. Whisk until combined, then stir in the chia seeds.

Spoon the mixture into separate containers/glasses, cover and place in the fridge overnight. Enjoy the next day!
