2 tablespoons Lime juice
1 tablespoon Coconut sugar
10 Mint leaves
120ml Soda water

Instructions

Muddle the lime juice with the sugar, add the mint leaves and crush to release the mint oil. Add the club soda, mix and pour into an ice pop mold and freeze!
