Pineapple Martini

Here comes the sun and here comes a pineapple martini or two!

Ingredients

40ml Vodka
50ml Pineapple juice
1 Pineapple wedge
Ice

Instructions

Add the vodka and pineapple juice to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
