65g Butter
170g Chocolate
180g Sugar
4 Eggs
250g Flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Salt
200g Pumpkin puree
60ml Vegetable oil
2 teaspoons Mixed spice
45g Chocolate chips


Preheat the oven to 180C and line a brownie tin with baking paper.

In a saucepan over a low heat, melt the butter and chocolate together until smooth. Remove from the heat and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, beat the sugar and eggs together. Add the flour, baking powder and salt until combined (be careful not to over mix). Add the egg and sugar mixture followed by the pumpkin, oil, mixed spice and chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into the prepared brownie tin, spread evenly and bake for 40 - 45 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
