3 Tomatoes sliced
230g Mozzarella cheese sliced
60ml Olive oil
60ml Balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Black pepper ground
30g Fresh basil


Place tomato slices, alternating with mozzarella slices, on a large serving platter in the shape of a candy cane.

Combine oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a jar with a tight-fitting lid; shake well. Drizzle over tomatoes and mozzarella; sprinkle with basil.
