Get your body ready to fight off winter colds with this healthy turmeric tea recipe!

Ingredients

500ml Water
1 Small orange
Honey or syrup to taste

Instructions

Add the turmeric, ginger, cinnamon and the zest of one orange to a jug. Pour over the boiling water and leave to infuse for 5 minutes.

Strain and serve with a slice of lemon, star anise and sweeten with honey.
