Veggie Hummus Wraps

Spread this sweet potato hummus recipe into your veggie wraps for a healthy lunch!

Ingredients

2 Cucumber slices
A handful of Mixed greens
1 Tomato sliced
1/4 Avocado sliced
1 Onion/shallot sliced

Instructions

Spread the hummus on to a tortilla, add slices of cucumber, the mixed greens, tomato slices, avocado and onion. Fold the wrap tightly and tuck in!
