Description: Arabic gum is a complex mixture of polysaccharides (sugars) and glycoproteins that has a gentle scent (slightly sweet and fruity with a touch of nuts) however, in comparison to other resins it has a very mild scent.

Good news bakers… Arabic Gum is perfectly suited to making glues which are edible! Fix edible flowers, decorations and icing to cakes the natural way or use as a “lickable” adhesive on items such as stickers, envelopes, and postage stamps.
