Description: Transport your tastebuds to Mexico with this quality Chilli Con Carne Kit, ideal for mouth-watering mid-week meals!

Bundle Includes:

1 x 500g Red Kidney Beans

1 x 100g Chilli Con Carne Spice Blend

1 x 500g Organic Brown Basmati Rice

SUGGESTED USE

In a saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over a medium heat, add two chopped onion and 3 crushed garlic cloves, fry until soft then add 1 tablespoon (or more) of the spice blend. Add 500g of mince or veg a long with 5 tablespoons of tomato puree. Cook for 3-4 minutes while stirring. Pour in 2 tins (800g) of chopped tomatoes and 500ml of vegetable stock, bring to a boil and cook for a few minutes. Add the kidney beans, mix and simmer until the beans are heated through and meat/veg are cooked. Serve with rice or quinoa!
