SUGGESTED USE
Although our Fish Seasoning was designed to enhance the flavour of salmon, monkfish, fishcakes, and fish pies it can be used for just about anything and everything! Whip up homemade parsley sauce with a twist, sprinkle into breadcrumb coatings and mix into risottos and burgers. We are a long term user of this fish seasoning. We sprinkle it on salmon and white fish and add to fish stews etc. A great taste which complements fish. I suspect the taste is boosted somewhat by the salt it contains so my partner has less of it as she is on a low salt diet.

Fish seasoning has proved flavoursome and takes fish to the next level in terms of taste. It contains a good variety of quality ingredients. I just sprinkle some all over the fish e.g. salmon, cod, haddock (not tried very oily fish) and then leave for a bit before cooking. I think the heat from baking the fish perhaps brings out the flavour better than steaming.
