Our aromatic Pickling Spice is a combination of Coriander Seeds, Yellow Mustard Seeds, Dried Ginger Root, Crushed Cassia Bark, Bay Leaves, Cloves, Allspice Berries, Bird’s Eye Chillies and Black Peppercorns!
