Plant Family: Styracaceae
Other Names: Gum Benjamin, Gum Benzoin, Red Storax, Styrax Resin, Baume Benjoin, Benjoin de Sumatra, Benjoin, Benjuí, Benzoe, Benzoïne, Kemenyan, Onycha, Loban and Lohban.
Description: If you’re struggling to find Benzoin Gum that isn’t heat treated, then you’ve just struck gold! (It doesn’t get much more natural than this). Our Benzoin Gum has a sweet scent, similar to vanilla.
SUGGESTED USE
Use the resin as incense (it blends well with other herbs and resins!) Turn into tincture or powder and add to homemade soaps. Once you’ve tried adding to cosmetics, it’s time to get creative with potpourri and essential oils…DISCLAIMER
