Product: Boldo Leaf Powder
Latin Name: Peumus boldus
Plant Family: Monimiaceae

Other Names: Boldus, Boldoa, Boldina, Boldine, Boldoak, Boldea, Baldina and Molina.

Description: This green powder has a slightly bitter flavour that can be used as a culinary herb in fish, mushroom, and vegetable dishes. Our Boldo Leaf Powder also makes a fantastic component in sauces.
