SUGGESTED USE
It’s more than likely that your favourite Indian, Middle Eastern and South-East Asian dishes contain Tamarind… Simply add tantalising Tamarind Concentrate to the pan whilst cooking meat, fish or veg curries, soups, stir fries, dhals and homemade sauces! But don’t stop there, Tamarind isn’t just for savoury food. Make your own jams, pickles, chutneys, marinades, and desserts with this versatile paste. To dilute the paste, simply add two parts water to one part concentrate and stir until combined.DISCLAIMER
