High quality lemon peel, does include the white inner part which means that it is quite bitter, but I actually like that particular taste, so it's just what I wanted.
So far, I've successfully used it to make:
- lemon extract with vodka & rum
- infused raw honey
- fruit tea mixes
- lemon pepper (ground up with mixed peppercorns)
- other spice mixes, e.g. winter spice mix
- potpourri
It's very versatile and since it's quite difficult to come by lemon peel that's not mixed with a truckload of sugar, especially for this price, I'll definitely buy it from this site again.
