Latin Name: Galega officinalis syn. Galega bicolor, Galega persica, Galega tricolor.
Plant Family: Fabaceae

Other Names: Goat's Rue, French Lilac, Cheese Rennet, Italian Fitch, Pestilenzkraut and Herba Rutae Caprariae.

Description: Goats Rue Herb tastes somewhat bitter and tart but makes a deliciously healthy herbal tea when mixed with other loose-leaf teas!

SUGGESTED USE

Infuse in boiling water, steep and strain. Sweeten with honey and enjoy!
