Other Names: Locust Pods, Locust Beans, Carob, Carobinha, Caaroba, St. John's Bread, Algarrobo, Johannisbrotbaum, Caroubier and Caroube.

Description: Chocolate lovers will be pleased to know that Carob Powder has a similar flavour to chocolate (but a whole lot healthier!)

SUGGESTED USE
