Description: We’ve created this famous Middle Eastern spice blend using a spicy combination of dried rose petals, allspice berries, black pepper, coriander seeds, mace, paprika, cardamom, cayenne pepper, cloves, ginger, nutmeg, and turmeric. Once you give Ras el Hanout a go, you’ll understand why it translates to “head of the shop!”
SUGGESTED USE
This gorgeous blend is a popular ingredient across North Africa, often used to season meat, poultry, rice, tagines, and stews. Use as a dry rub or wet marinade mixed with olive oil and citrus juice or dust over potato wedges for an extra kick of flavour!
