Traditionally, Berbere Spice is used to flavour beans and lentils and makes a mean spicy baked chicken dish but it’s actually a very versatile spice and works well with just about anything! Try as a dry rub or wet marinade, sprinkle over potato wedges, homemade crisps and freshly popped corn. Make your own fiery burgers, create a spicy salad dressing and beautiful baked potato toppings.
