Product: Bird’s Eye Chillies
Latin Name: Capsicum frutescens
Plant Family: Solanaceae
Other Names: Birdseye Chili, Boonie Pepper, Piment-Oiseau, Chili Padi, Cabe Rawit, Thai Dragon, Prik I Noo Suan, Prig Kee Nu and Thai Chili Pepper.
Description: These small chillies pack a real punch! Bird’s Eye Chillies are beloved for their fruity, fiery, and peppery flavour. On the Scoville scale, they rate between 50,000 and 100,000 units (that’s 10X hotter than a jalapeno!)
SUGGESTED USE
