Other Names: Bitter Orange, China Orange, Cáscara de Naranja, Orange Douce, Sinaasappelschil, Orangenschale, Kulit Jeruk and Zeste d’Orange.

Description: Coarse Cut Orange Peel brings a sharp, tangy quality to food and drink recipes that call for fruity flavour. This peel requires very little prep, is sweet with a hint of bitterness and each piece is around 6mm in size.

SUGGESTED USE

Use dried orange peel as a kindling to start BBQ’s and the fragrance from the fruit will lend its flavour to meat, fish, and veg. Mix into potpourri to bring a natural scent to your home, infuse in boiling water with green tea for a refreshing cuppa or enjoy a classic builders tea with an orange twist! Add to sugar, pepper or salt grinders and you can thank us later… Feeling festive? Mix into mulled wine with cinnamon and nutmeg while heating up.
