SUGGESTED USEUse as a dry marinade or make into a paste with oil, citrus fruit juice or wine vinegar. Simple mix the jerk seasoning with some olive oil/juice/vinegar and pouring over your meat, leave it to marinate for 30-40 minutes then drain the meat and barbecuing as normal, all the delicious flavours from the seasoning will get absorbed into the meat.
