SUGGESTED USETo make a mildly spiced curry sauce, fry a chopped onion in a little oil, add 1-2 teaspoons of our Mild Curry Powder, a tin of tomatoes and water, bring to the boil and simmer, stir in cooked chicken, fish or vegetables and serve with basmati rice. A pinch of curry powder can be added to egg and cheese dishes a long with sauces, salad dressings and soups. Sprinkle a little over freshly made popcorn and potato crisps for a spicy savoury twist.
