Our aromatic Pickling Spice is a combination of Coriander Seeds, Yellow Mustard Seeds, Dried Ginger Root, Crushed Cassia Bark, Bay Leaves, Clovers, Allspice Berries, Bird’s Eye Chillies and Black Peppercorns!
SUGGESTED USEUse our high-quality blend of the finest spices to preserve and flavour meat, vegetables, and eggs. Whip up a batch of spiced vinegar and make your own pickles, relishes, and chutneys. Simply add 1 tablespoon of pickling spice per 600ml of vinegar in a pan and bring to a boil, turn off the heat, place a lid on top. Leave to cool for a couple of hours or overnight and strain to remove the whole spices. Mix this blend into freshly pickled onions, eggs, and vegetable for a spicier, deeper flavour!
