This gorgeous hummus has beautiful beets to thank for it's bold colour and delicious taste!


125g Beetroot cooked
1 teaspoon Beetroot powder
A splash of Olive oil
1 tablespoon Tahini
1 Garlic clove
1 Lemon
1 Spring onion
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste


Pop all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and season. Scoop the hummus into a bowl and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
