These brownies are bursting with blueberry flavour and for a fuss-free traybake, this recipe is a real crowd pleaser!


140g Plain flour
200g Sugar
80ml Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
200g Dark chocolate
240ml Almond milk
75g Chocolate chips
400g Blueberries


Preheat oven to 180 C or 160 C for fan assisted ovens and line a square pan with baking paper.

In a large mixing bowl, add flour, cocoa powder and sugar and gently whisk to mix.

Add oil, vanilla, melted chocolate and almond milk. Mix with a wooden spoon until smooth and combined. Add the chocolate chips and blueberries and mix gently.

Transfer the brownie batter to the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean.
