Autumnal cupcakes need to be flavoured with this candy corn flavoured icing!

Ingredients

128g Butter
12 Candy corn pieces
500g Icing sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
45g Heavy cream

Instructions

In a bowl, cream the butter until fluffy, crush the candy corn pieces into tiny pieces (you may need to use a food processor). Add the candy corn dust to the frosting with the icing sugar and mix. Add the vanilla, cream and a pinch of salt and beat until fluffy!
