Sip on this creamy classic eggnog recipe this Christmas!

Ingredients

6 Eggs
150g Sugar
500ml Whole milk
400ml Double cream
350ml Rum
Ground nutmeg to taste
Ground cinnamon
Cinnamon sticks

Instructions

Whisk the egg yolks together with the sugar until pale. Stir in the milk, double cream and rum then add some ground nutmeg.

Rim the glass with syrup, dip in ground cinnamon, pour in the eggnog and serve with a cinnamon stick.

Eggnog can be served hot or cold.
