Satisfy all your chocolate cravings with this quick, easy, crunchy and soft cookie recipe!


112g Vegan butter
100g Sugar
100g Coconut sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
125g All purpose flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Oat milk
100g Vegan dark chocolate
Mini eggs


Preheat the oven to 180C and line a baking tray with baking paper.

In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugars together then add the vanilla and mix.

In a separate bowl, sift the flour and cacao powder and mix in the baking soda and salt.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet, mix until crumbly and add the milk until a thick cookie dough forms when combined.

Mix chocolate chunks into the dough and roll into small balls. Place onto the prepared baking tray and bake for 10 minutes. Carefully press chocolate eggs on top and leave to cool completely.
