Fried Plantains

If you can get your hands on plantains then this is golden snack you need to whip up!


2 Plantains peeled and cut into slices
2 tablespoons Coconut oil


Add some oil to a frying pan, place over a medium heat and add the plantain slices and fry for a minute and a half on each side.

Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels to remove oil. Sprinkle with coconut sugar or desiccated coconut or sea salt and enjoy!
