Mouth-watering strawberry crumble has never been easier!



500g Strawberries quartered
2 tablespoons Coconut sugar
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
2 teaspoons Arrowroot


65g Oats
30g All purpose flour
A pinch of Sea salt
3 tablespoons Butter softened



Preheat the oven to 190C, in a mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, sugar, lemon juice and arrowroot.


In a separate mixing bowl, combine the oats, flour, sugar and salt together then add the butter. Incorporate the butter using your hands until you have chunky crumbs.

Divide the strawberry mixture between 4 ramekins, top with crumble and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the golden brown. Leave to cool for 10 minutes before serving with ice cream.
