Try this spicy piri piri chicken casserole in your slow cooker or oven... you won't regret it!


1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 Onion chopped
250g Carrots chopped
500g Chicken breast diced
400g Chopped tomatoes


Add some oil to a pan, heat and add the onions and chicken and gently brown.

Tip in the carrots, tomatoes and piri piri seasoning, season with salt and pepper and bring to a boil.

Carefully transfer the casserole into a casserole dish and place in a preheated oven (190C or 170C for fan assisted ovens) for 45 minutes or until cooked through.

Or place in a slow cooker on low for 6 hours or until cooked through.

To thicken, add a teaspoon of cornflour and water.
