Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, cream the butter and sugar together. Add the egg, vanilla and milk and stir to combine.
Add in the flour mixture, a little at a time, and stir to combine.
Pour the cake mix into the prepared baking tray and bake for 30 minutes or until baked through. Leave to cool.
Cream the butter in a clean bowl for two minutes, tip in the icing sugar, vanilla and milk and beat until light and fluffy.
Once the cake has cooled completely, crumble the cake and mix it into the frosting. Use a spoon to scoop out some of the mixture and roll into balls. Place the cake balls onto a baking tray and freeze for one hour.
In a jug, melt the chocolate. Poke a small hole in the bottom of each cake ball, then dip the edge of a skewer in the chocolate then place the dipped edge in the hole. Once the stick has hardened in place, swirl the cake pop in the melted chocolate until coated. Add the eyes, nose and antlers and place on a stand to dry for an hour.
