Tis the season for some serious comfort food and it doesn't get more cosier than curling up with this hearty recipe!


350g Sausage or vegan/veggie sausage
65g Onion chopped
1 Garlic clove minced
2 tablespoons Carrot flakes chopped
400g Diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon Dried basil
450ml Vegetable stock


In a large saucepan, cook and crumble the sausage with the onion and garlic over a medium heat.

Stir in the carrots, beans, tomatoes, basil and broth and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, simmer and cover for 10 minutes. Once cooked through serve with fresh bread!
