Sip on this spinach and apple smoothie for a much needed morning boost!


385g Spinach
2 teaspoon Spinach powder
120ml Oat milk
1 Banana chopped
1 Apple cored and cubed
1 Cucumber chopped
4 Dates pitted & chopped
1 tablespoon Linseed
A squeeze of Lemon juice
A handful of Ice


Add the spinach, spinach powder, milk and banana to the blender and blend until combined.

Add the apple, cucumber, dates, linseed and lemon juice and blend until completely smooth.

Add the ice and blend for another 30 - 60 seconds. Enjoy!
