Massage this paste into your teeth and gums and leave to sit for 5 minutes!

Ingredients

1/4 teaspoon Organic turmeric
1/8 teaspoon Organic coconut oil melted
1/4 teaspoon Baking powder optional

Instructions

Mix the turmeric and melted coconut oil together (add the baking powder if using). Massage into teeth and gums, leave for 5 to 10 minutes and rinse!
